Day

Amritsar - Dharamshala

On arrival at Amritsar, report to vehicle at given pickup point & time and proceed to Dharamshala - A scenic hillside town, stretches along the Dhauladhar mountain range in the upper reaches of the scenic Kangra district and renowned as the home of the Dalai Lama, the Tibetan Buddhist leader. On arrival in Dharamshala check in at hotel. Overnight at Dharamshala. (L, D)

Dharamshala Local Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed to local sighhtseeing of Dharamshala, visit Dalai Lama Temple Complex - one of the most beautiful places of the town with very soothing ambience & colourful Tibetan flags fluttering in the wind and the sounds of the chants of the monks. Dharamshala Cricket Stadium (Subject to Operation) - the highest cricket stadium in the world with the view of snowcapped mountains. Bhagsu Nag Temple - a place for pilgrimage for the indigenous Gurkha people from the nearby villages of Bhagsu and Dharamkot. Evening free time for shopping at Mcleodganj Market. Dharamshala - Dalhousie

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Dalhousie - a charming hill town perfect for a relaxing holiday. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at Dalhousie. (B, L, D)

Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Chamba - Dalhousie

After breakfast proceed to Khajjiar - 'mini-Switzerland' of India - sitiayed at an altitude of 6,500 ft, and gifted with scenic beauty & serene lakes. Here you can enjoy various adventure sports activities like zorbing, paragliding, etc. on your own. Later proceed to Chamba - the picturesque town in the verdant valley of River Ravi. On arrival visit Laxmi Narayan Temple - this thousand year old temple is the main shrine in the town that has a group of 6 temples. Return back to Dalhousie. Overnight at Dalhousie. (B, L, D)

Dalhousie - Amritsar

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Amritsar. On arrival proceed to Attari - Wagah Border - which is an army outpost on the Indo-Pakistan border between Amritsar and Lahore. Enjoy the ceremony called 'lowering of the flags'. Overnight at Amritsar. (B, L, D)

Amritsar - Departure

After breakfast, proceed to visit Golden Temple - Also Known as Sri Harmandir Sahib, which is one of the most important spiritual sites in the country, Jalianwalabagh - a public garden which houses a memorial to commemorate the massacre of peaceful celebrators by the British forces . After visit have lunch and drop at Amritsar Airport/ Railway Station to board your flight/train for your onward Journey. Tour concludes with sweet memories. (B, L)
