• Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour Managers
• While travelling in coach, we follow a strict Seat Rotation Policy which all participants have to adhere to.
(except prime seats).
• Extra Adult /Child with Mattress will be provided Mattress and only one per room.
• If a tour is cancelled by a DBL / Twin sharing accompanying travel partner, the other guest will be
required to bear the applicable Single Supplement charges.
• Any amendment to the tour departure date will incur a fee. This fee will be communicated based on
several factors, including the days remaining until the tour season and applicable charges from
associated vendors.
• Discounted / Promotional Tour Prices are valid only for limited seats, selected departures, and a
specified booking period. Tour / Seates availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
company reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to amend or rearrange the itinerary due to operational reasons;
however, all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same or similar.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective
authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
• In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to situations out of control, weekly closure, no refund will be
possible against underutilized service.
• We operate all the tours that we launch, however in some cases the total number of bookings fall below
our prescribed minimum operating capacity, in such cases we give the option to
accommodate or merge the tour with other available dates/tours. You may also opt for our
customized packages in such cases, services like group games, group activities, Entry Tickets,
Meals, tour leader etc. may or may not be provided.
