• Hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to
availability.
• Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour Managers
• While travelling in coach, we follow a strict Seat Rotation Policy which all participants have to adhere to.
(except prime seats).
• For Ex-Pune departures Girikand may opt for flights from Mumbai Airport. In such cases, transfers from
Pune to Mumbai Airport and back to Pune will be arranged from a designated pickup point on a SIC basis.
• We usually fly on airlines like Air India / Indigo / Thai Airways / Thai Lion Airline / similar.
• In-flight meals and preferred seating are not included in the tour. Guests may speak with the counselor and
confirm services by paying applicable charges.
• Airport Service: Wheel chair facility for seniors or physically challenged guests is also available at the airport
if pre-booked and these facilities are subject to availability.
• Direct flights are not assured for this tour. The best available flight option will be arranged. Guests willing to
travel by direct flight may do so by paying the applicable fare difference.
• Ex Mumbai / Pune generally we block group PNR on special fares, in that case web check in, boarding pass,
Seats Selections are not in our hand. Airlines may distribute the seats randomly.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Extra Adult /Child with Mattress will be provided only one Mattress per room.

• If a tour is cancelled by a DBL / Twin sharing accompanying travel partner, the other guest will be required
to bear the applicable Single Supplement charges.
• Any amendment to the tour departure date will incur a fee. This fee will be communicated based on several
factors, including the days remaining until the tour season and applicable charges from associated vendors.
• Discounted / Promotional Tour Prices are valid only for limited seats, selected departures, and a specified
booking period. Tour / Seats availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. company reserves
the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to amend or rearrange the itinerary due to operational reasons; however,
all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same or similar.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective
authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
• In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to situations out of control, weekly closure, no refund will be
possible against underutilized service.
• We operate all the tours that we launch, however in some cases the total number of bookings fall below our
prescribed minimum operating capacity, in such cases we give the option to accommodate or merge the
tour with other available dates/tours. You may also opt for our customized packages in such cases, services
like group games, group activities, Entry Tickets, Meals, tour leader etc. may or may not be provided.
• The tour cost above is calculated based on an exchange rate of 1 THB = INR 1.50. Any increase in the Rate
of Exchange (ROE) prior to departure, leading to an increase in the cost of arrangements, will be charged
additionally. The same shall be payable along with the final payment and must be settled in full before the
commencement of the tour.
• All guests should be aware of the fact that ‘issuance or granting of visa to any guest’ is at the sole
discretion of respective country’s consulates/embassy. Girikand Travels does not play any role in the actual
granting of the visa. Girikand Travels cannot be held responsible for delay or rejection of the visa by the
respective consulate. In the rare event of a visa delay or rejection, cancellation charges will apply as per the
policy. We request all our guests to start the visa application process well in advance or immediately after
the tour booking.

The Tour Manager will meet you at
the first destination as per the tour itinerary and joining details shared with
you.

Guests joining or departing the
tour independently are responsible for arranging their own transportation to
and from the airport, railway station, bus terminal, or cruise terminal.
·
All expenses related to flight tickets,
visas, travel insurance, airport transfers, and any other travel arrangements
before joining or after leaving the tour will be borne by the guests
themselves.

Guests are requested to ensure
they arrive at the designated joining point on time to avoid missing any part
of the tour program.
