• Hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject
to availability.
• For a few Ex-Pune departures Girikand may opt for flights from Mumbai Airport. In such cases,
transfers from Pune to Mumbai Airport and back to Pune will be arranged from a designated pickup
point on a SIC basis.
• We usually fly on airlines like Air India Express / Indigo / Akasa Air / Air India / Similar.
• In-flight meals and preferred seating are not included in the tour. Guests may speak with the counselor
and confirm services by paying applicable charges.
• Airport Service: Wheel chair facility for seniors or physically challenged guests is also available at the
airport if pre-booked and these facilities are subject to availability.
• Direct flights are not assured for this tour. The best available flight option will be arranged. Guests
willing to travel by direct flight may do so by paying the applicable fare difference.
• Ex Mumbai / Pune generally we block group PNR on special fares, in that case web check in, boarding
pass, Seats Selections are not in our hand. Airlines may distribute the seats randomly.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Visit to Nathula Pass and Tsomgo Lake will be subject to permission, road condition & climatic
Conditions.
• The above-mentioned programme is subject to change without prior notice.
• The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling are not very developed and one should not expect or
compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations. There is always scarcity of
water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied
on time basis.
• All hotels do not have lift facility & the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests having
problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will
request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may try for alternate
arrangements.
• The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available
here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
• Extra Adult /Child with Mattress will be provided Mattress and only one per room.
• If a tour is cancelled by a DBL / Twin sharing accompanying travel partner, the other guest will be
required to bear the applicable Single Supplement charges.
• Any amendment to the tour departure date will incur a fee. This fee will be communicated based on
several factors, including the days remaining until the tour season and applicable charges from
associated vendors.
• Discounted / Promotional Tour Prices are valid only for limited seats, selected departures, and a
specified booking period. Tour / Seats availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

• The company reserves the right to amend or rearrange the itinerary due to operational reasons;
however, all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same or similar.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective
authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
• In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to situations out of control, weekly closure, no refund will be
possible against underutilized service.
• We operate all the tours that we launch, however in some cases the total number of bookings fall below
our prescribed minimum operating capacity, in such cases we give the option to
accommodate or merge the tour with other available dates/tours. You may also opt for our
customized packages in such cases, services like group games, group activities, Entry Tickets,
Meals, tour leader etc. may or may not be provided.
