See a demonstration of how cheese is made and wooden shoes are carved out of wooden blocks. Later proceed to Cologne; upon arrival visit Cologne Cathedral - It is the largest Gothic church in northern Europe and features immense twin towers that stand 515 feet (157 metres) tall.
