  Mumbai - Pune – Kolhapur – Malvan / Tarkarli

All tour guests will meet Girikand Tour Manager at given pickup point and proceed to Malvan / Tarkarli. Enroute, we visit Shri Ambabai/Mahalaxmi Temple of Kolhapur. It is one of the three and half Shakti Peeth listed in various puranas of Hinduism. After darshan, we will continue our journey towards Malvan. On arrival at Malvan check in at hotel, Overnight stay at Malvan / Tarkarli.

  Tarkarli / Malvan – Local Sightseeing

Today post breakfast at hotel, proceed to visit Sindhudurg Fort; which was built by Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the 17th-century ruler of Maratha Empire. Its main objective was to counter the rising influence of foreign (English, Dutch, French and Portuguese) merchants and to curb the rise of Siddhis of Janjira. Also, we visit Malvan Beach. Later proceed for Tsunami Island. In the evening enjoy sun set at Devbagh Beach, return to hotel. Overnight stay at Tarkarli / Malvan.

  Tarkarli – Ratnagiri

Have early breakfast at hotel. After early breakfast, check out, and proceed to visit Kunkeshwar Temple; situated on the beach. Further proceed to Swaroopanand Ashram Pawas. On arrival at Ratnagiri, check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Ratnagiri.

  Ratnagiri Local Sightseeing – Ganpatipule

Have breakfast at hotel. After breakfast check out from hotel, and visit Thiba Palace; it was built by British Government to keep the former king of Brahmadesh (Now Myanmar) Thabba Min in house arrest. It was built in the year 1910. Also visit Ratnadurga Temple & Bhagwati Devi Temple.  Later proceed to Ganpatipule. On arrival, check in at hotel. In the Evening visit Ganpatipule Ganesh Temple and enjoy Sun set at beach. Overnight stay at Ganpatipule.

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. Post breakfast check out & proceed to Hedvi (Dashbhuja Ganesh Temple) & Velanehswar Temple & Beach. Later visit Vyadheshwar Temple at Guhagar and proceed to Dapoli. On arrival check in at hotel. In the Evening visit Karde beach. Overnight stay at Dapoli.

  Mahad – Raigad – Pune

After early breakfast check out from hotel & proceed to visit Raigad Fort (by Ropeway) visit the historicaly rich monuments of the Great Maratha Empire and pay homage to Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj.  After sightseeing, all tour guests will proceed to Pune and start the return journey to your hometown. Tour concludes at 1900 hrs Pune.

    ·Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour Managers and Tour Guides.

    ·In coach every day seats rotations will be strictly followed by all the participant tour members.
    ·Extra Adult /Child with Mattress will be provided with Mattress and only one per room.
    ·Girikand does not recommend shopping at any specific shop, it is at the sole discretion of the Guest / Traveller.
    ·Vehicles in hilly terrain/ road / stationary position will run as Non-AC.
    ·The Tour Manager service will start from the First destination of the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
    ·Girikand Meals service will start from first day to last day as mentioned in the itinerary.
    ·Girikand does not provide meal service any during Air travel, Train travel, Bus travel or during transit halt.
    ·Vehicle is not at disposal. Additional charges may apply for extra usage.
    ·Hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability.

    ·In recent days everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress-free holiday.
    ·Please make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four-wheel small or medium suitcase and carry one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
    ·We also recommend that you have one haversack or cross shoulder bag for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and photography during your tour.
    ·A Sunglasses and cap/hat are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
    ·Though Girikand Travels provides all three meals such as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Extra toppings as per the itinerary, you may carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during long journeys.
    ·During the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, if you are travelling, then please carry a small umbrella or poncho
