  Arrive Lucknow – Local Sightseeing

All tour guests will arrive at Lucknow Airport as per scheduled Flight. Upon arrival you will meet Girikand Tour Manager at the Airport and transfer to Lucknow Hotel. Lucknow; A melting pot of art, culture, cuisine and architecture, the bustling city of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. On arrival in Lucknow check in at the hotel. Later we visit Bara Imambara; perhaps the most recognisable and popular symbol of Lucknow, and is visited by thousands of tourists all year round. Rumi Darwaza; Identical in design to an ancient gate in Constantinople in Turkey, Rumi Darwaza was built in the 1780s by Nawaz Asaf-ud-Daula, an Awadhi nawab. Overnight stay at Lucknow.

After early breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Ayodhya; located on the right bank of the river Saryu, as it is called within sacred precincts. This town is closely associated with Lord Rama, the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu. On arrival visit Rama Janma Bhumi; the birth place of Lord Rama, Kala Ram Temple; the temple derives its name from a black statue of Lord Rama. The sanctum sanctorum also houses the statues of the goddess Sita and the god Lakshmana. Ram Barbar, Sita Rasoi and Valmiki Temple. Overnight stay at Ayodhya.

  Ayodhya – Prayagraj

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Prayagraj; positioned along the sacred sangam, the confluence of three holy rivers - Ganga, Yamuna and the mystical Saraswati. On arrival check in at hotel. Later we visit Hanuman Temple; bade Hanuman Temple is dedicated to the monkey god. This Temple is an underground pit that houses a huge lying idol of Hanumanji, which is six to seven feet below the ground. This is the only Lord Hanuman Temple in the world where the idol is in a reclining position. Patal Puri, Akshaya Vat and Anand Bhavan. In the evening, we visit Triveni Sangam; the term ‘Sangam’ refers to the point of confluence where the most sacred rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati meet in Prayagraj. Overnight stay at Prayagraj.

After breakfast, proceed to Varanasi; one of the oldest living inhabitations of the world, the sacred city of Varanasi or Benaras, nestled on the banks of the holy Ganges River, has been attracting pilgrims for centuries.   Varanasi – Local Sightseeing – Sarnath – Varanasi

Early in the morning proceed for Subh–e–Banares boat ride. Later proceed to visit the most religious Kashi Vishwanath Temple; is widely recognized as one of the most important places of worship in the Hindu religion. Inside the Kashi Vishwanath Temple is the Jyotirlinga of Shiva, Vishveshvara or Vishvanath. Later we visit the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple; the term 'Sankat Mochan' refers to relief from problems. One of the main highlights of this revered shrine is the idol of Lord Hanuman which is facing to Lord Rama, whom he worshipped with much ardour and devotion. Later, we visit Sarnath; where Gautama Buddha first taught Dharma, and where the Buddhist Sangha came into existence through the enlightenment of Kondanna. We visit Dhamek Stupa, Sarnath Archaeological Museum- famous for the four headed lion that was once on top of the Ashoka Pillar, Overnight stay at Varanasi.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Bodh Gaya; is a village in Bihar. Considered one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites, it's dominated by the ancient brick Mahabodhi Temple Complex, built to mark the site where the Buddha attained enlightenment beneath a sacred Bodhi Tree. Overnight stay at Bodhgaya.

Enjoy your breakfast in the hotel, later proceed to Vishnu Pad Temple; it is believed to house a 40-cm-long footprint of Lord Vishnu in basalt rock. Lord Vishnu killed demon Gayasur at this place by stamping his foot on his chest. After Lord Vishnu pushed the demon under the earth with his foot, his footprint was retained in a rock. Later we visit Mahabodhi Temple; The Temple is located at the place of Lord Buddha's enlightenment. Mahabodhi Tree; the Bodhi tree at the Mahabodhi Temple is called the Sri Maha Bodhi. According to Buddhist texts, the Buddha meditated without moving from his seat for seven weeks (49 days) under this tree. Overnight stay at Bodhgaya.

    ·The Tour Manager service will start from the First destination of the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.

    · Girikand do not provide meal service during To & Fro Air travel, Train travel, Bus travel or during transit halt.
    · Vehicle is not at disposal. Additional charges may apply for extra usage.

    · For Hi -Fly Tour from Ex Mumbai / Pune generally we block group PNR on special fares, In that case web checkin, boarding pass, Seats Selections are not in our hand. Airlines may distribute the seats randomly.

    ·Though Girikand Travels provides all three meals such as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Extra toppings as per the itinerary, you may carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during travel journeys.
    ·During the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, if you are travelling, then please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
    ·Please ensure that your footwear and clothing is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.
