Tour guests will meet Girikand Tour Manager at given pickup point and proceed to Bijapur. Bijapur; well known for its monuments of architectural and historical importance built during the rule of the Adil Shahi dynasty. Overnight stay at Bijapur.

  Day 02: Bijapur Sightseeing – Badami

Enjoy your breakfast in the hotel. After breakfast check out from the hotel. We visit Gol Gumbaz; is the mausoleum of the king Mohammed Adil Shah of Adil Shah Dynasty. The name is based on "Gol Gumbadh" derived from "Gola Gummata" meaning "circular dome", The Malik-e-Maidan Cannon; intricately carved 16th-century cannon is considered one of the largest medieval guns ever made. Measuring 14 feet long and weighing 55 tons, the cannon wreaked havoc at the Battle of Talikota in 1565 and is now located in Bijapur Fort. Ibrahim Rouza, it is one of the splendid mosque and tomb of Bijapur, it is known for its graceful arches, halls, intricate designs with a large crowning onion dome. After sightseeing we proceed to Badami; formerly known as Vatapi, is a town and headquarters of a taluka by the same name, in the Bagalkot district. It was the regal capital of the Badami Chalukyas from CE 540 to 757. On arrival in Badami check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Badami.

Enjoy your breakfast in the hotel & After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to visit Aihole & Pattadakal. We visit Durga Temple, Kunti Group of Temples, Sangamehswara Temple, and Galagnatha Temples. After Badami local sightseeing, we will proceed to Hosapete. On arrival in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Hosapete.

  Day 04: Hosapete – Hampi – Hosapete

Today we will proceed for a full day excursion to Hampi (UNESCO World Heritage Site), it is also the “World’s Largest Open-air Museum”. We visit Virupaksha Temple, Vitthala Temple and the Stone Chariot followed by a visit to the underground Shiva Temple, Royal centre, Queen’s Bath & Lotus Mahal and the Elephant Stables. Later enjoy Coracle ride Overnight stay at Hosapete.

  Day 05: Hosapete – Chitradurga – Shivamogga

Have early breakfast at hotel. After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Chitradurga; famous for its picturesque 15th Century fort. On arrival we visit Chitradurga fort; The name itself means ‘Picturesque Fort’. Inside the fort we visit Grinding Stones, Sri Hidambeshwara Gudi, Murughaa Matha, Sampige Siddheshwara Temple, and Sri Anjaneya Temple. After sightseeing we proceed to Shivamogga, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Shivamogga.

After breakfast at hotel, check out and proceed to Belur and visit Chennakeshava Swami Temple; A Historic temple complex known for its elaborate stone carvings and sculptures. Further at Halebeedu we visit Hoysaleshwara Temple, Shantanleshwara Temple, Kedareshwara Swami Gudi – 13th Century temple complexes with several shrines that are built from elaborately carved soapstone. After sightseeing proceed to Hassan. On arrival, check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Hassan.

On arrival at Bengaluru airport, start the return journey to your home town. Tour concludes at Bengaluru Airport at 1900 hrs.

    •          For Hi-Fly Tour from Ex Mumbai /Pune, we block group PNR on special fares. In that case web check in, boarding pass, Seats Selections are in the control of the respective Airlines. Airlines distribute the seats randomly.
    •          Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, loss of baggage, failure on the part of Airline to accommodate guest/s despite having confirmed tickets, flight delays, change in date or time, suspension of operation of Airline etc. No claim of whatsoever nature shall be made by the guest/s against Girikand.  Allotment of seats are in the hands of the airline. Guest is required to bare additional cost due to delay in flight or cancellation of flight or missed the flight as the case may be. Policies and terms and conditions of airlines towards booking, cancellation, luggage, change of the airline ticket, meals etc will be applicable. High season surcharge as per the rules of the Airline concerned has to be paid by the guest/s.     •          In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to uncontrollable circumstances, weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be done for the same.

    Advance Preparation

    ·         In recent days everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel

        accessories kit to ensure a stress-free holiday.

    ·         Please make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four-wheel small or medium suitcase and carry one

        suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.

    ·         We also recommend that you have one haversack or cross shoulder bag for your handy needs which will  

        ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and photography during your tour.
