Bagdogra/New Jalpaiguri – Gangtok
All tour guests will arrive at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station as per scheduled Flight /
Train. Upon arrival you will meet Girikand Tour Manager at the Airport / Railway Station and proceed to
Gangtok. (Recommended arrival in Bagdogra City at 1000 hrs) Gangtok; is the capital of the mountainous
northern Indian state of Sikkim. Established as a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the 1840s, the city became capital
of an independent monarchy after British rule ended, but joined India in 1975. On arrival check in at the hotel.
In the evening, there is free time for shopping at MG Road, Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Gangtok - Tsomgo Lake - Baba Mandir – Gangtok
Today early in the morning, breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, proceed to Tsomgo Lake (12000 feets) - a
journey through rugged mountainous terrain takes us to the most visited lake in Sikkim. On arrival click photos
with or take ride of colourfully decorated yaks and mules. Later we will proceed to visit Baba Harbhajan
Singh Memorial; also known as Baba Mandir built in honour of Sepoy Harbhajan Singh of the 23rd Punjab
Regiment of the Indian Army. After sightseeing, return back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Gangtok Local Sightseeing
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, We visit full day Gangtok local sightseeing; Do Drul
Chorten; one of the most important stupas in Sikkim; later we visit Namgyal Institute of Tibetology; a
museum where research in the areas of Tibetan language and culture is done. Flower Exhibition Show; it
showcases a variety of flowers from the different parts of Sikkim together under a single roof. Ranka
Monastery; a famous monastery built in the typical form of Tibetan architecture. Ganesh Tok; Situated 6,500
ft above sea level on a beautiful hilltop, it is one of the most popular Ganesh Temples in Sikkim. In the evening
we will enjoy Gangtok Ropeway Ride, which offers a great panoramic view of the city. Overnight stay at
Gangtok. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Gangtok – Pelling
Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Pelling; Pelling is a small town in the
northeastern Indian state of Sikkim, at the foothills of Mount Khangchendzonga. On arrival check in at the
hotel. In the evening enjoy the beauty of Pelling Village. Overnight stay at Pelling. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Pelling – local sightseeing
Have breakfast in the hotel. After breakfast we will proceed to visit Darap Village; is one of the few unknown
places of Sikkim if a visitor is looking for a taste of rural life can escape from the maddening crowds of touristic
places. Rimbi Water Falls; Rimbi waterfall is on Rimbi River on the way to Khecheopalri Lake. Khecheopalri
Lake; often believed to be the sacred and wish-fulfilling lake, is one of the most serene and beautiful lake
around in Sikkim. Later we will proceed to Kanchenjunga Falls; This mighty waterfall is believed to have
originated high up in the ice glaciers of the majestic Mt. Kanchenjunga, giving it a perennial flow throughout the
year. Later we will proceed Skywalk Pelling; India’s first glass-bottom Skywalk. It is the connecting bridge for
the giant Chenrezig statue which is located on a hilltop. Later return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.

Pelling - Darjeeling
Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Darjeeling; a picturesque town located on the
slopes of the Lesser Himalayas and blanketed by scenic green plantations of tea, on arrival check in at the
hotel. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Early in the morning visit Tiger Hill; Situated at a height of 2,590 m at a distance of 13 km from Darjeeling
above the town of Ghum, Tiger Hill is internationally acclaimed for providing an enthralling view of a stunning
sunrise over Kanchenjunga and other important peaks of the Himalayas. On the way back to hotel en-route visit
Batasia Loop; an engineering masterpiece situated at the edge of the city, and offers a 360 degree view of
the city. Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Later we visit Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park; one
of the best zoos in the country and is home to species such as the Red Panda, Asiatic Black Bear, and the
Clouded Leopard. After we visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute; Founded in 1954 it encourages
Indian youth to participate in and propagate adventure activities and has provided training to some of India's
leading mountaineers. Tenzing Rock; an enormous natural rock used for rock climbing named after Tenzing
Norgay who climbed Mt Everest for the first time with Edmund Hillary. Evening visit Tea gardens; Darjeeling
tea is a tea made from Camellia sinensis var. sinensis that is grown and processed in the Darjeeling or
Kalimpong Districts in West Bengal. Evening free for shopping. Overnight stay at Darjeeling. (Breakfast, Lunch,
Dinner)

Darjeeling – Bagdogra/ New Jalpaiguri – Departure
After breakfast check out from the hotel. All tour guests will proceed to Bagdogra airport / NJP railway station
and start the return journey to your hometown. Tour concludes at 1300 hrs in Bagdogra airport / NJP railway
station. (Breakfast)
